a product of ricocheting emotions
and even though the room is silent
ears are covered due to the screams of our actions
the world is wrong, we know
arms are crossed at the unfairness
short tempers flare
because the things that make us smile, arent funny now
instead they are just the consumer of repercussions
we dwell mostly over the things we cant change
and they consume everything we are
the lines of wrong and right are blurred
because we look to any solution desperately
anything to make us feel good again
but its temporary
living in the moment, we lose sight of the future
and the stress we are consumed by, will be gone shortly
but sometimes we dont see that
because our minds overshadow our hopeful hearts
and make today seem like forever
